Shared Facilities

Every single Pro-Create scheme must have shared community facilities available to all its residents.We actively encourage our owners to know their neighbours as we believe this has widespread security and well being rewards.

 

Schemes all have common garden areas. Some have swimming pools, gymnasiums, meeting lounges, tennis courts, office facilities, car clubs, saunas, concierge facilities, cleaners, babysitters to name but a few of the possibilities. The more exclusive the development the more facilities will be provided.
