Pro-Create  undertake projects  between 10 houses and 300 flats.

Group projects meeting some of the niche market ideals of Pro-Create:

Hillborough.  A development of 98 detached and terraced houses arranged around an open space area with children's play facilities. Marketing agents are Fosters Property Services.

West Yiewsley. A mixed residential flat and retail scheme currently in the  planning system. There are 220 x 1 and 2 bedroomed flats. The units will conform to Eco Homes Excellent Standard and encompass shared roof garden facilities and state of the art kitchens and bathrooms. Units sold as shell or with bespoke interior design.There will be an extensive recreation suite below ground.

New Dover Road -  A scheme of 20 flats and houses arranged around a courtyard in the middle of Canterbury, Kent. Unusually the houses benefit from a shared garden as well as their own terrrace.

Arlington Road - 70 detached and terraced properties, arranged around an extensive  green space  in East Sussex

Beulah Hill  London - 39 x 1 and 2 bedroomed flats built around extensive  established yew trees, which  we fought  to retain, contrary to the advice of our consultants

Meridian Park - 56 detached houses and  a  new extensive  green  for  the whole village .
Completed.
