Design

Our buildings are designed by some of the best architects in the country. The brief requires them to challenge design convention. This may be visible or may be behind the façade of the building.

 

All our structures are 'statement buildings', be it an accurate reconstruction of a classic design, a modern re-interpretation or, depending upon the location and the anticipated market, an interesting mixture of these two.

 

We seek out fine interior designers to model the interiors of each  Pro-Create building.  They are required to appeal to the known aspirations of our perceived market sector. All interior fitments are chosen to have a life expectancy of a minimum of 10 years. Alternatively you can work with a designer to contribute to the appearance of your own home, if you secure it early enough.
