Land Buying
We buy sites on or off the open market and all over the country.
Projects vary from 10 houses to 300 flats in size.
We are constantly sifting sites and will currently buy those that meet any of the following criteria:
All strategic land.
Land assembly of 2 or more owners in, or on the edge of, residential areas or within a town, city or village centre.
All change of use sites to residential or mixed use without a planning consent.
All sites with an unworked planning consent.
Sites will be both urban and village. Conditionality attached to offers is determined by the price required. We always prefer to negotiate on a one to one basis and this will normally produce the highest price for the land owner. Email us land@Pro-Createhomes.co.uk
Land Agents
All agent introductions will be acknowledged. The more exclusive the site and/or the introduction, the more generous we can be.
We have a policy of regular agent functions and days out. Please ensure you are forward and suggest your interest so we can invite you to one of our hospitality events.
