Most volume developers adapt standard unit types to a particular location. We at Pro-Create have never quite understood this. The better and more exclusive the location, the more our clients are willing to pay for individuality. All our schemes are designed and adapted to appeal to the sector of the market for which our researchers have established the greatest  shortage.

We anticipate demand with the pre-determined intent to match similar socio-economic groups as the building block for a small community, in it's own right, once construction is completed.
