Niche Markets

All our schemes are a little different. This always includes some form of community facility. We target sectors of the market which we believe will best appreciate our product in the  chosen location. Sometimes this is relatively straight forward. For example selling homes to yacht enthusiasts next to a marina. More often than not we engage market researchers to establish the market and design the facilities to meet this need.
