We prefer to partner builders to avoid a dilution of our core disciplines which are   the delivery of the scheme and the marketing of the finished units.

The builder is encouraged to share in risk and profit by entering a joint venture arrangement with us. We contribute the land into a new “stand alone” Pro-Create vehicle, the builder builds and we manage the sales.
